How to play
The objective of the game is to be the first one to get rid of all the cards in your hand. The last person with cards left in their hand is the loser. This person is known as the «Durak», which means «fool» in Russian. After each round, the play continues clockwise. In Siege Durak, you can attack with any card. To beat an attack, you need a higher card of the same suit or any trump card. If you don't have a higher card or don't want to use it, you must pick up the attacking cards. Transferable Durak is slightly different. In this version, the defender can add a card of the same rank as the attacking ones, making the next player in turn (clockwise from the defender) take over the role of defender. The new defender must then beat the attacking card or transfer them again. There's one rule: once the defense has started, the defending player cannot transfer any more attacking cards, and they cannot transfer more cards than the next attacking player has.
