How to play
In our version of this classic board game, players compete against an intelligent computer opponent. The game board features 12 smaller spaces for holding pieces – with 6 on each side – along with two larger areas called «Kalahs» which are used for storing the game pieces. At the start of the game, each of the 12 small spaces has 6 pieces in it. During a turn, players must select one of their smaller spaces, take all the pieces from it and then place them in other open spaces – including their own «Kalah» space but not the opponent's «Kalah». If the last piece ends up in your «Kalah», you get an extra move. If placing the last piece into an empty space on your side results in there being pieces in the corresponding space on the opponent’s side, then those pieces are captured and moved to your «Kalah.» The game concludes when all the smaller spaces on one side of the board become empty. Any remaining pieces on the other side are then moved to their owner's «Kalah." Victory goes to the player who has the most pieces in their «Kalah" at the end of the game. If both players have the same number of pieces, the game ends in a tie.Game info
