How to play
The aim of the game Backgammon Online 3D is to be the first player to move all 15 checkers around the board and remove them. Players take turns throwing two dice: you can either move one checker by the sum of both dice or move two checkers separately. If you roll doubles, you get four moves instead of two, which gives you a big advantage. In the long version, checkers move towards each other across the entire board. You cannot put a checker on a point where there are already two or more opponent's checkers. If there's only one opponent's checker, you can hit it — then it goes back to the starting position and has to go all the way again. The short version involves checkers moving in one direction, and blocking the opponent is not allowed. The winner is the one who uses each dice roll more quickly and accurately. When all your 15 checkers are in your home board, you start removing them according to the numbers rolled on the dice. The first player to bear off all checkers wins.
