In the game Hex Conquest, you face off against AI opponents — either one or up to four at the same time — on a hexagonal board.
Your objective is to control the entire field. Each cell holds a certain strength, and to seize an enemy cell, you must launch an attack from your own. The greater your advantage in strength, the higher your chances of success. If the strength is equal, the outcome is determined by chance, so choose your battles wisely. After an attack, you can distribute reinforcements among your cells.
If you get bored with the standard mode, try the fog of war mode, where you can only see adjacent cells, or the crowded mode, where every cell is already occupied from the start and the fighting begins immediately. You can choose from five different map sizes, ranging from small to large.
How to play
Each turn consists of two stages: attacking and reinforcing.
In the attacking stage, select your cell and then choose an adjacent enemy cell to launch an attack. The result will depend on the difference in power between the cells. You can carry out attacks multiple times; when you're finished, press "End Turn".
Next comes the reinforcing stage. You receive power points — one for every cell under your control. To strengthen your cells, tap on them, adding one point per tap. If you prefer not to distribute the points manually, simply press "Skip" and the game will do it for you.
Regular cells can hold up to 8 power points, while larger cells found on the map can accommodate up to 12.
