That Classic Snake! — this is a retro game that brings back memories of vintage mobile phones. The gameplay unfolds right on the iconic green screen of a classic button phone, with the phone's keys serving as controls.
The task is easy to understand: gather food, make your snake grow, and rack up the highest score possible. The more you play, the trickier it gets to steer the snake.
There are two game modes:
- Classic: bumping into a wall or your own snake's tail means game over.
- No Walls: the snake slithers off one edge of the screen and reappears on the opposite side, but crashing into yourself still ends the game.
Your scores are saved, and the total points are posted on the leaderboard. The higher your cumulative score, the better your ranking. Log in to your account and strive for the top spot on the leaderboard!
How to play
In the main menu, select a game mode: * Classic — avoid walls and your own tail. * No Walls — move across the screen edges, but don't hit yourself. How to control: On PC, use the arrow keys or WASD. On a mobile device, guide the snake with swipes: up, down, left, or right. Alternatively, use these buttons on the phone image: 2 — up 4 — left 6 — right 5 — down Gear button — start, pause, or resume the game. Eat food to make the snake grow and earn points. After a loss, you can restart, go back to the menu, or view the leaderboard.Game info
