How to play
Your mission in Idle Mutation Tower Defense is to withstand numerous monster attacks and protect your living fortress from destruction. The tower will automatically shoot at enemies as they approach. During combat, gather resources and decide which temporary enhancements to use. Red crystals boost your current run's stats, blue crystals advance research between attempts, and genetic material opens up new mutations. After every defeat, enhance your base statistics, explore active and passive abilities, and develop new organs. Mix offensive mutations, defensive structures, and rare cores to craft strong strategies and survive more perilous waves.
